Without Kimberly's guidance I would probably still not have my car back. The car was taken out of my driveway 4 days before Christmas and happened to be found 8 hours away.. Since it seemed most everyone was on vacation or not answering the phone, I wasn't making any progress with an out of state police department, out of state impound yard and my out of state insurance person who was on vacation. Somewhere along the line I was given Kimberly's info and contacted her by email. She guided me though what was needed, who to contact and what questions to ask, and made my life so much easier. And on top of that, got a fire lit under the people that needed it! What a great asset in times like these. She was definitely the person needed for me to get my car back home. Thank you SO much Kimberly.
