Service: by Felicia Williams Order #: 13861887 WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A AUTO SHIPPING COMPANY. Reliable prices, no hidden fees, responsive and transparent customer service I have worked with several auto-shipping companies, many of them being incredibly shady & incomprehensible but my experience with Felicia with the auto-shipping group has exceeded expectations as she is incredibly responsive & communicative, transparent, trustworthy, and quick. She worked to get me the fastest shipping time while bargaining and working in my budget for me. She checked in several times and picked up her phone immediately, and was transparent in every step of the process making me feel reassured about the safety of my car. It is clear she has been doing this for a while and is very graceful through the process and good at what she does. I recommend this service to anyone looking for a trustworthy car service.
