I had to ship my vehicle (GMC Denali) from Portland, Oregon, to Anchorage, Alaska, in Aug 2023. I have worked with Felicia before so she was the first one that came to my mind to contact. Why? Because she is reliable and provides excellent service. I contacted her back in January 2023 to get a head start. Felicia set up the shipping order right away. Since January she kept in constant contact with me until time of shipment - August 18, 2023. Who else can provide such an excellent service ahead of time? Not too many agents have that kind of commitment. Felicia from Auto Shipping Group is that kind of agent. She is always customer focused. I have referred her to my friend.
