Mr. Arnold Hight was an amazing shipping coordinator! He was attentive from the start of our vehicle shipping process and thorough throughout, until finished. Mr. Hight was easy to reach for any questions and prompt with his response through phone, email, and text messages! We appreciate his service and overall commitment to us for our vehicle shipment from CA to MN. An example was during our visit to a branch and we did not have the transport write-off name handy and needed it right away before the branch closed, and he promptly answered our phone call with the required information to finish our task. He is an asset to Auto Shipping Group Inc. We highly recommend his service to any new customer and will seek his assistance again for future services!
