Felicia was very helpful, responsive, and I am very happy to have shipped with Auto Shipping Group. From the beginning, my initial phone call to set up a date/time to ship my car was very easy. Felicia was patient and let me know all the information (pricing, pick up times) that was needed before shipping. There were no surprises. I would work with Felicia again in coordinating more car shipping needs in the future should I need them. I would recommend her and ASG to others. At delivery Felicia updated me on information regarding drop off and reached out to make sure everything went smoothly with the drop of my car with the carrier. 10/10 overall experience.
