I am writing this review to complement you on your employer "Felicia" who have assisted me since day one with the process of shipping my 2022 Land Rover Defender to Sugar Land Texas. The order number for shipping my vehicle is 1074689. I started communicating with Felicia last Friday, March 18. She explained to me the process of placing a deposit, the dispatcher who will contact me regarding the pick up date, delivery date, and the final payment upon delivery. On the morning of Monday, March the 21st, I received a call from the dispatcher informing me that the vehicle will be picked up later in the afternoon that same day. This information was also conveyed to me via text from Felicia. Approximately 2:00 pm on Monday, the driver showed up with his truck and loaded my vehicle informing me that it would be delivered the following day, Tuesday, March 22 in the afternoon. The vehicle was delivered to my cousin in Sugar Land on time as promised. This is the best experience I have had shipping a vehicle to the Houston area. Felicia was professional, helpful and kept me informed during the entire process. The driver of the truck was also pleasant and courteous. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and will contact you in the future should I need your vehicle shipping services. Thank you.
