Order# 1074683 - Phoenix Auto Shipping Group (ASG) While browsing Google, looking for a vehicle transport company, I clicked on Auto Shipping Group's web link. I reviewed ASG's website. Though apprehensive, I submitted a request for a quote. The next day, I received a follow-up text and call from Felicia W regarding my quote. Felicia's customer service, knowledge, persistence, quick and professional rapport immediately stopped my search at ASG. Not only did she help me customize my quote, but assisted me through the whole process: coordinating appointment with dispatch/tow driver, providing pertinent information along with follow-up scheduling from pick-up, transport, to delivery. The ASG billing process is extremely easy to complete. Even the towman was friendly and professional during my vehicle's drop-off . My vehicle was delivered in great condition over the lengthy commute. Felicia was available, over the weekend - Friday through Monday - to answer any questions or concerns that could have come to mind. She stayed in contact with me via phone call and text through the complete transaction cycle! Because of the pleasant and ultra-professional customer service experience with Felicia W, I would not hesitate to use the service of Auto Shipping Group again for my vehicle shipping.
