Not the premium experience ASG's website claims it is. Yes, my newly-purchased collector vehicle was eventually delivered to me in Hawaii on time with no damage. But first, customers should know what they too may end up dealing with: In my case, it appears ASG did not select from a preferred list of select truckers as its website states. Instead, the driver they hired completely flaked out, never called to confirm pickup, never showed, then when we finally tracked him down, he gave three different reasons why he wouldn't be able to make it at all. So I quickly tried engaging my ASG rep to remedy this since it was Friday and the car had to be in Long Beach for loading on the ship the next week. Additionally, the seller in Phoenix had already been waiting more than a day for pickup. But for unknown and never explained reasons, my ASG rep could not be reached (tried her phone #, left voice messages on it, emailed her, texted her cell and left voice messages there too). Apparently, she was reluctant to help on the weekend because she was "busy." The real problem for customers is that ASG does not have a 24-hour emergency hotline to call for help if anything goes wrong. Once I finally reached a human at ASG (after searching and Googling and multiples upon multiples of attempts), the guy said he would get to the bottom of it and have someone call me -- you guessed it... he never did. It was only the next day when I received an email from my ASG rep offering to find a new trucker to pick up the vehicle "... if that's what I want...". Of course that is what I want!!! So after several incredibly stressful days for me in Hawaii (buyer) and the mainland seller in Phoenix, the car was finally picked up Monday early evening. The rest of the delivery went fine. My only issue is that it didn't have to be this way at all. My ASG rep simply did not initially provide the level of customer service their website led me to believe I was paying for. I might use them again if desperate, but not before investigating other options first.

Kimberly@Autoshippinggroup.com 360-200-6854 CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL ME FOR A FREE QUOTE. I HAVE BEEN WITH OUR COMPANY 16 YEARS NOW! A+ ACCREDITED! Chris, Let me clarify a few things so customer get the complete situation. Your carrier was estimated for pick up on 1/29.. when they stopped returning our calls (we have no control over that) we immediately cancelled and found another carrier that picked up on the 1st. DATES are estimates, and they still made it to the delivery location for the cut off of your vessel which is what you were concerned about. I updated on every step of the way during transport. Yes I am off on Sat and Sun and you were well aware of that. My email states that which you were using as the primary source of communication, and it had the main office number so yes you did have access to that number. You spoke to two reps over that weekend and they helped cancel the carrier and keeps things in motion. I am sorry that you couldn't reach me on my days off, but the reps that were working did what they could to keep things in motion for you, and on Monday I replied as soon as I got back into the office for my work day. I kept you in the loop with everything that happened during my work day. Thank you and Stay Healthy!
