Gretchen was the highlight of my relocation experience. She was very nice and polite from the initial call. I was happy and blessed to have her caring for my shipping needs, so happy that I had her to ship one of my vehicles the second week of August 2021. With the vehicle arriving to it’s destination as promised, I immediately called ASG and was fortunate to get Gretchen again to have my other vehicle shipped a week later. Within 24 hours of working with Gretchen on both occasions, I was contacted by a transportation company to complete my request just as she promised. And when I reached out and left a message, she either answered or texted me letting me know that she would give me a call shortly. I was made aware of ASG through my son who also gave praise to Gretchen for his experience. She’s the greatest and I recommend Gretchen and ASG to anyone who wants dependable, professional, and courteous customer service, making sure that the transport is satisfactory and completed as guaranteed.
