This gentleman went out of his way to locate a hauling company for my two cars. He even stayed in touch with me after 5:00 in the evening Let me know he's still working with different companies to get a hauler there as soon as possible. I was very pleased with his experience and knowledge understanding and having compassion on the customer and following through with his job until the end and until the customer was pleased On top of calling the customer before pickup and also after pick up to make sure everything was okay. Hands down I give Arnold five stars Excellent Work :)
