First time using a transportation broker in order to ship my Ford Expedition from Oregon to Maryland. Malia was always responsive via email, text, and phone calls. She clearly explained the process, answered all of my questions, and was very polite. We had some problems with carriers not being responsive but she took it in stride and advocated for me. I would not hesitate to reach out to Malia with any shipping needs in the future. Thank you Malia!
