The whole process of shipping my son's car across the country was a surprisingly seamless experience. I initially had some reservations about shipping the car due to a poor past experience; however, our experience with Felicia negated any of these reservations. She was an excellent communicator and contacted us on a regular basis to give us a status report or to check in about our experience with the carrier. It was clear to me that her goal was to ensure our satisfaction and successful, prompt delivery of our car. Thank you!
