I had a great experience. Arnold was very informative and accommodating. I had a lot of questions about how the process works and what I needed to do, and he was very patient with me. He even gave me his cell number and was quick to respond via text with my additional questions. I was very concerned that there would be a hiccup in picking up the car, because I had a bad experience with another transport service a few years back, but Arnold texted me the day before to let me know when the transport was expected to arrive. They were there exactly when he said they would be. I would use definitely work with Arnold again.
