I reached out to ASG after a frustrating experience with another transport agency and I am glad I did. My assigned contact person Felicia was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was professional and patient with me and explained in detail what options were available to me. She was in constant communication with me via phone and email from pickup of my vehicle to delivery. I must say I am pleased with the service ASG provided to me all due to the tactfulness of Felicia.
