I used Auto Shipping Group to get my vehicle from Virginia to Hawaii. Felicia was assigned to my order, and she was phenomenal. She contacted me right away and explained how the process for shipping the vehicle would work, and did ALL of the legwork. I literally only had to pay, sign, and meet the truck driver who was picking up my car. Felicia did everything else and kept me updated via text the entire time. I didn't have to reach out and ask "hey, where's my car?", she reached out every few days with updates on how the order was going. Note, that means that she took it upon herself to call the carrier company and check on my vehicle without me even asking her to do it. After my car arrived in Hawaii, my flight there was rescheduled for several weeks. Felicia went out of her way to help me add a friend onto the list of "authorized to pick up" people, and worked with the port in Hawaii to make sure my car was picked up and that I wasn't charged anything extra. When I move away from Hawaii in a few years, I'm going to call Felicia directly and see if I can get her to handle my order again; she does what customer service SHOULD be. And as a side note; shipping a car is expensive, and I sought out a few quotes from other companies and Auto Shipping Group's actual cost came out lower than the quotes from other companies. If Amazon is 10/10, Auto Shipping group + Felicia is 14/10.
