I was always able to speak to customer service rep handling the arrangements for car transportation (Tige). First time we thought they were picking up the car, the trucker changed mind and didn't pick up car. Neighbor stayed home for a few hours waiting but the next trucker picked up car promptly and delivered car promptly with no damage noted. Driver was great with communication and very nice. Overall very good experience. I especially liked communication with Tige (customer service rep) and trucker that delivered the car from Florida to Maryland in 2 days (basically overnight)
