I recently had to ship my son's car from the Island of Kauai to Austin TX. I was concerned that upon delivery to the West Coast that the car would not be inspected before changing carriers to complete the trip to Texas. Felicia was on this every step of the way and the car was delivery safe and sound. Her communication was prompt and informative. I would highly recommend this highly efficient woman
