I first spoke to Felicia on a Friday to arrange top have my car shipped over 3,000 miles. Within hours, Felicia notified me the car can be shipped the next day (Saturday). I was kept informed with the status by email, text, and telephone. I was very surprised and pleased to receive word that my car was going to arrive in Florida exactly one week from the day it was picked up in California. Everything went according to plan.Felicia was a pleasure to work with!
