If you want to go with this company and have an AWESOME experience, contact Felecia directly (602-428-6872). She was incredibly patient and spent over half an hour on the phone answering any questions I had since it was my first time shipping a car. She wanted to make sure I understood all aspects. Although I did not use the company this time, I would definitely use this company again, but only because of Felecia. Prior, I had several issues with other companies that were not communicating with me, but this is her personal cell phone and she was always quick to call or text back (even though she lives on the opposite side of the country from me)!! It made the whole process easy and stress free.
