I had an excellent vehicle shipping experience with ASG. Wendy was extremely pleasant to work with, and she made the process so stress-free for me. Wendy did a wonderful job of explaining the shipping process, and she was diligent in staying in contact with me to let me know what to expect next. I talked with her to finalize my order around 10:30 a.m. on a Monday morning, and I heard from the driver (Marc) less than an hour later. He was able to pick up the vehicle in Austin, TX, later that same in day - a day earlier than I originally expected. On Thursday, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text message from Marc indicating he could deliver my vehicle to Massachusetts on Friday. Since I wasn't going to arrive in MA until Saturday, he changed his delivery plans to accommodate my schedule, and I received the vehicle on Tuesday morning, according to plan. I'll definitely contact Wendy again the next time I need to ship a vehicle.
