Felicia Williams was professional, friendly, and prompt in arranging a local carrier from Spokane, WA to ship my vehicles from Florida, approximately 2,500 miles. She did a great job of following up and answering all of my questions throughout the process and very knowledgeable of the industry. She also was great at keeping me updated with texting, which was more convenient for me. The driver Constantine was professional and timely. The vehicles arrived with no damage and just as I had left them.
