I reached out to a bunch of shipping companies (brokers) and also attempted to use online self service shipping sites but ultimately selected Auto Shipping Group because of Felicia. She was honest and transparent with the entire process. She made me feel comfortable with all the moving parts that's involved with shipping a vehicle and she is extremely knowledgeable and upfront about the shipping industry. I think Felicia has to be one of the hardest working people in the industry as she provides updates on weekends when she doesn't have to.

Felicia went above and beyond to make sure my shipping experience was nothing short of exceptional. If you get an opportunity to work with Felicia you wont be disappointed. Thanks for the great customer service and keep being awesome Felicia!
