Lance went above and beyond to help me get our truck. He was especially helpful when dealing with an uncooperative dealership. He made calls to the dealer to help me get information for delivery and even with issues not related with the delivery. He called me back within a minute or two of each call I made to give me an answer. Lance was very friendly and seemed to actually care about the vehicle as well as us. If we buy anymore vehicles from Ebay or anywhere else I will not bother to call any other shippers. I am all about customer service. You folks have a customer for life. Thank again for making a new experience a great one.
