This is my second time to ship a vehicle with Auto Shipping Group. My first experience in Feb '16 was flawless, Lance was very thorough from start to finish and there every step of the way. Because of my first experience, when I knew I had another vehicle to ship I made the call to Lance to assist me again, I recently became a widow and Lance has been not only here to take care of business, he has also been empathetic and compassionate. This has been a very difficult time for me and just having Lance inquire as to how I'm doing and to let me know how sorry he is about my loss means alot. In the future when I need to ship another vehicle, Lance is on my speed dial. Keep up the good work.
