I chose this company because of the reviews I read online. i was still concerned about shipping a vehicle since I never have done this before. After visiting with Felicia, I was much more comfortable with the process. She lived up to her end of the bargain. I had to adjust my pickup date due to the purchase details moving around a bit but Felicia was more than understanding and worked with me and my preferences. Felicia even had a death in the family and still gave me her cell phone number and the person who was in the office for her was able to take any questions I had. Fortunately, the transaction went as planned and there was no need to visit with anyone but Felicia. Great service! Vehicle was in perfect condition and the driver was also excellent.
