Trasport cost was fair, however, I had to hire a flatbed to transfer the car from the carrier to flatbed because they could not deliver to my location or remove car from the carrier without a forklift or winch.

Felicia was good and kept in contact entire time via text. While dissapointed with the actual carrier, Felicia did her part awesome.
