Auto Shipping Group worked very fast to find a transport company to ship my Marine's car to him. A transport company was assigned within five days of our call. Kimberly Freiley in particular was very helpful when problems arose on the day of delivery with the transport company, United Transportation.
Kimberly stepped in and took over discussions with the transport company and the driver, and in a professional manner demanded United Transportation work with our Marine, and meet him at a location closer to his base and at a time that worked with his military schedule. The result was a positive one. Our Marine was able to leave right after work, and walk across the street from the base to pick up his car. Kimberly showed extreme care and patience in working with us, and our Marine, and showed professionalism in working with United Transportation. It is due to Kimberly's solid step-by-step work that our Marine has his car with him today. We are appreciative, and grateful!

I am so glad that we were able to get this handled yesterday. Yes the driver/dispatcher were being difficult but I am so glad we got it worked out so the driver did not try to delivery 20 miles away. We got him across the street, and before your son had to head back for formation. If there is anything else I can do for you please let me know!
