I had looked at several other carriers to ship our vehicle across the country, but ultimately decided to go with Auto Shipping Group thanks to Felicia! She was so responsive and had the answers to all the questions that I had. She was so easy to get in touch with and always followed up on the things that she said she would. When we had some issues with the company that physically transported the car on the day of pick-up (showing up several hours late), Felicia was so helpful even though it was later in the evening and she likely was not even at work anymore. The car was delivered on time and with no issues - we are so thankful that we had Felicia to advocate for us and assist us through this process!
