LANCE STAAB WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND FOLLOWED UP VERY WELL. HE KEPT TRACK OF WHEN AND WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS TO BE SHIPPED. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THE LACK OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACTUAL COST OF THE SHIPPING CHARGES.
