Lance did a good job setting up the shipping details and was readily available to answer questions along the way. I had to update the pick-up address a few days before pick-up and Lance made the change without any adjustment to the original pricing. The carrier seemed to have difficulties updating their own information (incorrect phone numbers, etc,) but this seemed to be on the carrier side of things. Overall a good experience.
