As a person who had never gone through the process of having to ship a car, I needed to be guided through the process. Greg Bailey did a great job of doing this and made me comfortable using his company. The car was picked up and delivered a day earlier than originally scheduled, which is a lot better than being a day late. The driver was polite and competent and my daughter who was on the receiving end thought so too. I would call them again if I needed to transport another vehicle.
