Lance was very attentive and kept in contact with me each week throughout the process. The end result was satisfactory but the delivery date seemed to cause confusion and the quoted price was about $180 less than the actual price. Lance did a good job and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I would use him again, just have to be clear about delivery dates and quoted price variability!
