I contacted the company in November 2013 for a quote to have my car transferred from California to Michigan. I spoke to Kimberly Freiley who was more than helpful. She gave me a quote and a confirmation number. A few days later, I contacted Kim to let her know I had decided not to transfer the car at that time. In March, I decided to move forward, so I contacted Kim. She remembered our previous conversation in detail, and what impressed me most was she honored the original quote from November. My car arrived in Michigan safe and sound. Great job! Thanks!!!
