I had a wonderful experience with Brandon at Magic Carpet. He provided excellent customer service and successfully shipped my car with no issues. I had to ship my baby, a 1988 BMW M3, from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Before deciding to go with Magic Carpet, I called around and got a number of quotes. While some were cheaper (and also had positive reviews), I decided to go with Magic Carpet because of their reputation. They have a thousands of reviews and lots of experience shipping cars. This is the kind of thing where you want someone to get it right 100% of the time. And I'm definitely glad I went with Brandon at Magic Carpet!


Details:

Brandon at Magic Carpet was terrific in helping me transport my classic sports car. He took the time to speak with me over the phone and I could tell that he was a "car guy" and understood the importance of taking good care of my car and transporting it safely.

Brandon was also able to assist me even with my short time frame. I gave him my pickup date window and he was able to schedule a pickup on the first day, which was great. Brandon also called me a few days before the pickup to see if I had any questions. The delivery to my friend's auto shop went well also.

The driver/transporter that Brandon set me up with was also really great. He was friendly and easy to work with. Brandon provided me with the driver's contact information so I was able to track the status of my shipment.

Brandon also called me after the shipment to make sure everything went well.
