Kimberly called on time to pick up my Venza during the days that we had spoke about. The first couple times I was not able to meet the pick up because the price was about $200 more then what I had been quoted or budget for our move. Kimberly was very patient with the two times I was not able to meet the pick up time. After a couple days she had found a driver who was able to pick up and deliver my Venza with the price I had been quoted. (I wish I got the drivers name) but the driver was great too! He met his delivery day, called when he was 4 hours away and called again when he was an hour away. Besides my car being dirty from the drive it was delivered in the condition from when it was picked up! Thank you "driver" and Kimberly Freiley!!
