I spent two stressful weeks researching car transport services to get my sons newly leased car from California to Minnesota for his college semester. I almost went with a company that was about to charge my credit card before they arranged or made any confirmation of pickup and delivery, I also found a wide range of rates among different companies. Believe me there are many dishonest and I believe corrupt business practices out there. But the day I reached out to Felicia at ASG that all changed. She took the time to educate me on how the car transport business actually works, explained everything to make me feel comfortable about the process and the stress I felt was gone. Felicia was very professional and easy to communicate with. I was led through the entire process in a friendly manner. She stayed in touch from beginning to end and was easy to reach when I had questions. I was informed of arrival and delivery times as needed. The car was delivered in perfect condition on time 2000 miles later. I was extremely pleased with the whole process. Felicia did a great and quick job setting up the transport. ASG obviously knows how to transport cars across the country and does it reliably. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of moving their car.
