Kim provided excellent service and communication.
Unfortunately, the transporter did not allow the requested 3-hour notice of delivery time and Seattle location, so I had no time to catch ferry for Seattle pickup and had to catch public transportation (2-hours) to Bremerton, the next delivery customer's location, and meet the carrier there.
