Felicia with ASG was very attentive through phone and email. She checked in every day that our cars were about to be picked up and while they were on the truck. Our cars had a late pickup but actually beat us there when we shipped them for our move. There was no damage to our vehicles although they were dirty from traveling on the truck on roads that recently had snow. Nothing a car wash can't fix.

Only issue I had was that the price jumped up $228 from my original quote, and it seemed like my only options were to wait longer for pickup (which wouldn't have worked out for our move) or just accept the higher price. I'm still giving Felicia a 5 star review because she was attentive and helpful. Although, I do not think this is a very honest practice on the part of ASG. Potential buyers beware - the quote price is only a "quote", and likely to change (probably higher).
