I took my time choosing an auto shipping company and based my decision on the BBB high rating for the Auto Shipping Group. I was contacted by Mike and got back to him when I knew it was time to ship the vehicle. I gave him the necessary information and 10 minutes after we completed our call he called back with a carrier. I will admit to being extremely nervous about the whole thing having never done it before and had no idea of the process.
Mike was very supportive and secured a reliable and professional transport service and not a fly by night. I was kept informed every step of the way by both Mike and the transport company. They both courteously answered my many questions and my fears slowly dissipated. I continued to get phone calls keeping me up to date with the progress.
Yes, I would use them again, would and have recommended them to friends. I am confident that our friends will be treated as well as we were.
