Autoshipdirect promised but did not follow through.
1. The car was not picked up at the house or dropped off at the house and I was forced to find transportation to meet the driver's demands (by the way, the trailer holding the car would have had no difficulty going to the pick up or drop off site).
2. Driver was absolutely CRAZY, incoherent, and verbally abusive to me and my wife over the telephone and in person. It was one of the most unpleasant and bizarre experiences we have ever gone through.
3. Despite assurances from our broker that we could pay the whole amount with a credit card, the driver would not hand over our car until we paid him in cash.

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION!!!
