This is the first time I've worked with this company and was incredibly satisified with the experience! After speaking with several shipping companies, I found that the difference between other shippers and this company, in particular Todd, is the level of explanation and customer service which is incredibly important in this line of business.

Most companies I spoke with prior to working with this group were abrupt in their explanation of fees and quick to ask for credit card info, sometimes within the first 3-4 minutes of the call! I actually signed with another company (prior to working with this group) who told me the shipping rate would be $400. Needless to say, I thought this was a great deal...only to find out it was not a deal at all. I lost my deposit when noone picked up "the bid". Noone explained to me the bidding process so beware of "too good to be true" bids. If it sounds unrealistic, it is!

When speaking with Todd, he explained how the standard rates worked as well as lower rate options/availabilities. I paid $700 for the transport and am extremely pleased.

Excellent experience and I highly recommend!
