I was told by agent car would be picked up by certain time frame. After paying deposit the whole story changed as to when my car would be picked up. Agent that I spoke with was no longer so polite with me. I hung up with the thought that my car was going to get to me whenever. I got a call from a woman telling me they had a driver for me and he would be coming to pick up my car tomorrow and that I would be getting an E-mail with drivers phone #. That day came and went no E-mail. Following day called in afternoon stated my name and that I had not received an E-mail. The woman said hold on then came back spurted the tel.# of the driver very fast . Had to ask her to repeat it she acted as though I was bothering her. She then said to me call him and see whats up? Very rude dispatcher very unprofessional. Will never deal with them again!
