Like other many reviewers, I had same experience. Many brokers utilize driver to get more money.
For example, they will say, it is 900 + 100 deposit. You pay $100 deposit and pay $900 to driver when you pick up car. However, they make contract with the driver with $1000. As a result, drivers will ask you to pay $1000, otherwise they don't let you pick up your car at your destination.

I had this experience before with other company. So, this time, I ask and confirm that Auto Planet does not do that fake (from Rachel Matthews). However, they do exactly same thing.

I complaint to Rachel and she promised to refund my $100 refund to Paypal account, since I paid deposit by Paypal. She said, she refunded it and I would get refund in 3-5 business days. However, it never got refunded. I emailed couples of times and she answered same thing.

Month later (last week), she didn't answer my email and phone call. I checked their website (www.autoplanettransport.com) has been disconnected. I contacted to Paypal to get their other phone number. That has also been disconnected. Their customer service email contact is not available.

Yesterday, I saw her gmail on and tried to chat by gmail chatting. She answered!. However, she said like this.

"Hello mr kim,as per our records u have disputed ur refund which goes against our binding contract second please completely read ur contract before making accusations thank u"

I explained everything and reminded her what she promised. Then she said,

"Have a great day sir mr.kima. This user has signed of yahoo chat"

Haha. She didn't know I was using gmail chat. I call her again, but suddenly she logged off gmail.
It is a completely fake company. They suggest a little cheaper price than others, but you should consider to pay $100 more.

I already reported to Paypal that this person practice fraud. However, I guess, this person may make another broker company and will do exactly same thing.
