This being my first time to having to have a vehicle transported I was extremely cautious & nervous! My son went online got several quotes! I checked the reviews & contacted several companies! This particular company Auto Moving Group LLC was whom I decided to give a try! Well that turned out to be a mistake ! Lily D. was the salesperson she started out as kind, courteous, and honest! (WRONG) !!!!! Basically afte the 150.00 deposit was deducted from my account the manorism of Lily D. Changed. On 7-1-11 I emailed Lily D. regarding the terms & conditions on the shipping form she emailed me! I then phoned Lily D. with the concerns per when I attempted to fax the order form back with my questions circled & highlighted her fax machine recording said the MAGIC JACK user not available or error? Apparently Lily D. wasnt having a good morning she angrily replied that nothings wrong with her magic jack & that her fax was out of ink she would phone me back in 30 minutes per she sent someone to purchase the ink cartridge! 4 hours had gone by so I called her(Lily D.)! I was uneasy questioning the company reliability ! Lily D. went on bout being a new company it had to do well says she been in buss. a month. A RED FLAG really went up per in previous conversation she told me her company had been in buss. 6 months & thats why she wasn't registered with BBB. per the company had not been operation for a year! I decided to cancel ! Lily D started yelling why, why, etc & refused to credit back the 150.00 deposit!

THIS ALL STATRED AT THE END OF JUNE AND HERE IT IS JULY 20 & NOW IM BEING HARRASSED!LILY D. CALLS MY CELL THIS MORNING AT 11:19 AM SAYING SHE WAS GONNA REFUND THE 150.00$ BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD BUT NOT UNTILL I REMOVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEW ABOUT HER COMPANY! I HUNG UP THE PHONE ! LILY D. CALLED MY PHONE TWO ADDITIONAL TIMES I DID NOT ANSWER! THIS HAS BECOME RIDICULOUS! A WORD OF ADVICE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

This is in response to Tamarons Assault on the integrity of Auto Moving Group. She had contracted us to pick-up her sons vehicle. Everything was going just fine until our fax was having issues. She had called in and said she tried faxing the paperwork but it wasnt going through. I had told her I sent my partner to go get a new toner as I thought that was the problem. Instead, we ended up buying a brand new fax. When I told Tamaron the fax would be in in a couple of hours she became irrate and said she wanted to cancel the job. I had told her that since we were still under contract, the deposit was non-refundable but I had a driver and everything was fine and we were handleling the fax issue right away. She responded by telling me that she wished she could meet me in person to "show me a thing or two". Really? Over a broken fax? Being a new company and receiving a negative review for such a minor problem, I tried contacting Tamaron even though I was not obligated to refund her deposit in return for her to remove the complaint. She procceded to hang up on my face. I have never "harrassed Tamaron. I never onced dodged an email or phone call and kept her up to date with her transport the whole time. Its unfortunate that for such a minor problem that could have happened to anyone, she decided to post a negtive review. I do my best to handle every transport as if it was my own. I apologize for my fax not working but I held up my end of the bargain, but I guess you just cant please everyone. Hopefully in the future this kind of situation would not arise but we are a great company and to the contrary of what she is describing, I am very patient and honest wth all of my cusomers. Tamaron is welcome to try us out again so we can prove that we are a great and reliable company.
