Failed to Pick Up My Car.

** Auto Movers USA is a broker, they do not directly ship your vehicle ** I placed an order for car shipment on 4 May with a no fail date of 25 May as I would be leaving on the 26th. I reached out to Charlie Surla about a week later I contacted him via phone and he told me I should hear something within a few days. Few days passes and I contacted him again; he advised me someone should be picking up my car on the 19th. On the 18th, I contacted Charlie again and he told me that he put out the request in dispatch and no one has agreed to take my car. After offering flexibility in the states of delivery, he told me he would be calling me back later on that evening. I never received any type of communication. Needless to say, My car was never picked up, Charlie never called me back, and my attempts to save money by backward planning early is out the window. I had to hire another company with guaranteed shipping. What should have cost me 1400 to ship is now running me 2200. Thanks for nothing.
