I transported my 2011 Saab from VA to AL. I spoke with Chris and was given a rate. I was given his direct line, his cell number and the office number. That was a great start. I knew he was serious about making sure I was able to reach him at any time. I received daily updates on the staus of my vehicle, either from Chris or Mike, the owner of the New Orleans office. To hear from the owner of a company when his employees were unavailable was very refreshing. I ship cars 2 or 3 times a year and Chris and Mike have won me over. I will use them for all of my transport needs. Thank you Auto Driveaway, you guy are the best.
