OMG!!!!!!!! We originally signed up with another company, who will remain nameless, we paid a $200 deposit with them and after two weeks we never had an truck to transport our 2012 Suburban. They kept giving us the run around, we opened up a couple additional drop off locations and went up in the fee by $150 and still no luck. We spoke with Mark at Auto Central Transport and what a difference. Called him on a Friday, explained the situation with our "abandon" vehicle and within one hour he called back with an option. While Mark was trying to get back in contact with the first driver we had another offer the following day and took it! It was from pick up location straight to our door and for a very reasonable price. Thank you Mark! You are a life saver.
