Craig is the point of contact for this "company". He is an absoulte idiot and will run you around for weeks on end until a carrier finally feels sorry enough to pick up you car. He is a broker DO NOT USE HIM. He lied to me and told me 600 to begin with he asked for 175 up front and I ended up having to pay the driver 500 instead of 425. He will answer his phone and tell you he is working hard on your case when he doesnt do a damn thing. He talks to you on his cell phone and takes your money. Go somewhere else and do not let this lair take your money.

Yes I use my cell phone and business line as I am accessible all the time 7 days a week for my customers. As a broker( and I never claim not to be broker as it shows on this site that im only a broker and not a carrier) somethings are out of my control and I never LIED as I explain process very thorough and as OWNER take this business seriously . You as customer prior to car getting picked up could have cancelled whenever and got your money back but decided to stay with me because of hard work I put in, sorry you dont see it that way. As every customer will never be happy hear is pure case of someone hearing what they want to. Sorry you feel this way but Craig and ACT are very honorable company as the other reviews below state.
