Transport in July Failed, But Could not get Driver out there again

I spoke with Craig in reference to my vehicle and gave him pertinent information as to the whereabouts of the vehicle. Craig assured me that the driver would be picking up the vehicle, but when the driver got out there the person holding the keys did not release due to a so call emergency. So, after this episode I put off having the vehicle picked up again until a few weeks later when i received an impound notice from the police. What perfect timing, you say? Well, needless to say after contacting Craig, the driver that normally takes the route from the west to east coast could not be located and no one else was offered for the pick up and transport of the vehicle. I then decided to start locating another transporter that would be delivering the vehicle and needed to have the deposit that he took in July back to the card. So, I called him and told him what happened and the next thing I noticed is a dial tone on his end and now the only thing that happens is that his voice mail kicks in. Craig promised me that I would get my deposit back if the vehicle could not be moved and I kept at trying to get the guy to get my vehicle picked up before deciding to look for another company who can pick up the vehicle. I don't know if he only has one driver or not, but I needed my vehicle picked up and now I am stuck without the deposit that he owes me. Craig assured me that he is not like all the other companies that take your deposit and when a snag occurs, just disappear from radar. I don't know what to say about this one. Should this company not refund the deposit of 125.00 paid by me to them back to me by the end of the month of September 2011, I will be filing another complaint that will not be removable.

ONLY USE TRANSPORTERS OR BROKERS THAT REQUIRES YOU TO PAY THE DRIVER IN FULL C.O.D AND DOES NOT CHARGE A DEPOSIT UPFRONT TO SECURE THE TRUCK OR CONTRACT.

At auto central transport wee pride ourselves at being honest and dont even charfge deposit until car is dispatched to ensure customer satisfaction. We had carrier arrive to pu car once and they would not release to him, WASTED TIME AND GAS$$$$$.......then upon erica request she would work on problem and get back to us and now driver not around. Im sorry you feel that way but I worked hard and did my JOB..Craig Giganti..Owner
