Shipped my 2008 Honda Accord,Craig Giganti was great, contacted me, spent
his time explaining the whole process, which was greatly apperciated, I
hung up with him and spoke to 10 other people many who I knew off the bat
were "scammers", most only cared about credit card info for there
deposit, Craig explained that this was not a place to bargain shop,
because the lower you pay the less credible company I would be dealing
with, he really made me realize that him and every company made no money
of the actual transport and the money he was receiving was his actual
deposit (brokers fee) for seting up the deal between me and the trucking
company that would be transporting my car, and that NO OTHER COMPANY can
do anything for me that he couldnt do for me, besides lie to me, he made
it very clear that if they all use the same system because there is only
1 system Central Dispatch), why wouldnt he give me the same "deal"??? He
just wasnt willing to lie to me and I felt and heard that in his voice, I
felt it so much that after 10 other companies called me, that I called
Craig back and booked. Thanks for doing a job well done and getting my
car to me as you told me.
